Ingredients

Ingredients: Ginger root (Zingiber officinale), Beetroot (Beta vulgaris), Carrot (Daucus carota), Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Moringa leaf (Moringa oleifera), Natural Bilberry flavour, Turmeric (Curcuma longa), Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Bilberries (Vaccinium myrtillus), Black pepper (Piper nigrum).

Brewing

Preparation: Place 1 teabag per person in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk.
