Preparation:
Hot Tea - Place 1-2 teaspoons per serve in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for the desired strength.
Iced Tea - Place 1-2 teaspoons per serve in a cup or teapot. Add a splash of boiling water, wait 2 minutes to release and activate the flavour, then add cold water and ice.
Serve without milk. Add honey or lemon if desired.
