Step 1: Tea-Infused Vodka
Start by steeping 60ml of vodka with 2 teaspoons of Blood Orange & Dark Chocolate Tea. Let it steep for about two hours, infusing the vodka.
Step 2: Strain and Shake
After the tea has worked its magic, strain the tea-infused vodka into a shaker. This step ensures a smooth, aromatic base for your cocktail.
Step 3: Muddle and Mix
In the shaker, muddle a handful of blueberries.
Step 4: Balance It Out
Add 30ml of lemon juice to the shaker, followed by 15ml of simple syrup. Then 30ml of egg whites.
Step 5: Shake It Up
Begin with a dry shake (without ice) to ensure the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Then, add ice and give it a good wet shake to chill and further aerate the cocktail. The result should be a frothy, ethereal concoction that's almost too beautiful to drink.
Step 6: Serve and Garnish
Double strain your cocktail into a glass filled with ice. To add a touch of elegance, garnish with chocolate bitters, edible flowers and a few extra blueberries.
Sip and Enjoy
This cocktail is perfect for unwinding after a long day or for sharing with friends on a Summer evening. So, raise your glass, take a sip, and let the refreshing zest of this cocktail bring a smile to your face. Cheers!
