A light and naturally fresh mint tea that refreshes the palate. It helps to restore our natural balance while allowing us to thrive. 

Contains 20 individually wrapped unbleached teabags.

 

Ingredients: Spearmint (Mentha spicata) (75%)*, Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)*, Calendula (Calendula officinalis).*

Flavour: Minty and fresh

Preparation:

Hot Tea: Place 1 teabag per person in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk.

Iced Tea: Place 1 teabag per person in a cup or teapot. Add a splash of boiling water, wait 2 minutes to release and activate the flavour, then add cold water and ice.

Serve without milk. Add honey or lemon if desired.
