Ingredients

Ingredients: Red Clover (trifolium pratense), Nettle (urtica dioica), Dandelion Leaf (taraxacum officinale), Calendula (calendula officinale), Burdock (arctium lappa).

Flavour: A savoury herbal taste 

Brewing

Preparation: Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per person in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve with a slice of lemon if desired. Do not add honey or sugar to this blend. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
