Ingredients: Hibiscus Flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa)*, Cramp bark (Viburnum opulus)*, Dong Qui root (Angelica sinensis)*, Evening Primrose seed (Oenothera biennis)*, Globe Amaranth flower (Gomphrena globosa), Natural flavour.

Brewing

Preparation: Place 1-2 teaspoons in a teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 5 -7 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk. Try drinking a pot daily for two weeks before your period to reduce cramping.
